Pedrazzoli IBP Spa summarises 60 years of know-how in this integrated system for modular cutting, ideal for the transformation – without need for human intervention in the entire process – of a bundle of tubes or metal sections entering the system, to the cut-to-measure pieces, end-finished, washed, checked and tidily packaged, with minimal space requirements, coming out the other end.
The operator or further external mechanised handling units can now intervene in the process simply to stock product or ship the filled container.
The high level of modularity reached allows customers to choose from a wide range of possible configurations so that they can obtain a system which is most adequate to their productive requirements and whose layout can be changed even at a later date if   productive requirements have changed.

The Processing system  in its most common configuration is composed of following modules:
- AUTOMATIC BAR LOADER 6.5 m length with pre-tensioned belts and maximum loading weight 4000 kg.
- CUTTING UNIT (MCL120 version) with circular blade on swivel type cutting head for an excellent cutting yield.
- AUTOMATIC DISCHARGE FOR CUT TUBES featuring 3 exit ways: the main front sliding exit is suitable even for heavy tubes, the rear one for parts with a different length and third rear exit is for scrap parts.
- COLLECTION UNIT: it is used to collect the parts cut from same tube having a different length from parts going into the automatic packaging system.
- COMPLETELY AUTOMATIC BRUSH DEBURRER: allows removal of rough edges on both ends of tube with internal and external deburring of tubes up to max. diameter 120 mm.
- AXIAL. Multi-process machine designed for the mechanical working of tubes/section ends.
- LASER MEASURING SYSTEM placed at the end of work process to measure the length of cut parts.
- LASER MARKING: a non-contact indelible laser marking system ideal for placing lettering, signs or codes on different type of metallic materials satisfies all requirements of traceability and identification of cut parts
- AUTOMATIC WASHING AND DRYING SYSTEM. Designed for outside and inside washing of tubes.
- MULTI-LAYER PALLETTISER. The palletiser robot has been designed to solve the problem of tidy placing in crates, pallet and cages of  cut pieces. 

The system must be considered as a modular yet totally integrated system; each machine features its own control panel which allows intervention in case of necessity but a central computer supervises the whole system and collects the process management data.
