BM 76 EB is the Pedrazzoli’s solution for automotive industry requirements: in particular it stand out thanks to a very high speed bending cycle (4 sec/bend) for a high productivity and totally electric operation for high precision, repeatability and automatic adjustment.
Among the main features we point out:
- full electric machine (repeatability, precision, ease of adjustment)
- counter-die, jaw and slide, electric closing (toggle linkage) and programmable slide with interpolation
- automatic adjustment of tooling, by means of electric axis (standard on guide & mandrel, optional on clamp)
- individual clamp adjustment for each tool to improve grip performance
- single slide system on multiradius tooling (to allow correct pressure at each tool height)
- fixed bend die which gives tools high rigidity
- standard multiradius bending with thrust interpolation
- variable radius bending
- clockwise or counter-clockwise bending (stipulate when ordering)
