
Pedrazzoli’s all electric Bend Master 45 MRVE represents the first example of the new generation of Pedrazzoli tube benders, including all the more innovative features required by the ever more demanding modern market: ¤ fully electric machine (repeatability, precision, ease of adjustment) ¤ automatic adjustment of tooling, by means of electric axis ¤ fixed bend die which gives tools high rigidity ¤ standard multiradius bending and with thrust interpolation ¤ variable radius and compression bending ¤ clockwise or counter-clockwise bending, or both depending on machine configuration ¤ large bending capacity (max ø 45 x 3 mm)
BM45 MRVE stands out also thanks to - the head design with an evident overhang (600 mm) and a particularly reduced height (170 mm), allowing easy tube transit during working cycle even under the head thus avoiding the need for clockwise/counter-clockwise configurations - the new design of machine body with curved guard which totally encloses the rear part making protection barriers superfluous and so reducing required floor space - the innovative internal mobile tube reference system which allows an effective thrust on tube even during step by step cycle, with optimal utilisation of machine lengt - high speed of all electric axis with interpolation for a fast cycle and a high productivity
