As in Pedrazzoli’s best tradition, the BENDMASTER 38 2T MRV IMS satisfies the most specific requirements as: speed of execution, flexibility and automation. It has 11 controlled axis, and two independent bending heads, both of which can rotate in clockwise and counter-clockwise direction. The double head allow shaping symmetrical and asymmetrical components with a speed of execution twice that of a single head tube bender. This machine can bend with fixed radius, variable radius or even perform bends with a mix of fixed and variable radiuses (a Pedrazzoli exclusive patent). It is also possible to bend with the mandrel, in clockwise and counter-clockwise direction, and even bend with compression. The BM 38 2T MRV IMS can work pieces, in automatic cycle, which with a traditional machine could only make in several steps. The IMS control software together with the latest technology LCD touch screen make a very user friendly system for programming and operating the machine. Various accessories can be supplied on request like the four punching units, the gravity and basket loaders equipped with a device for automatically searching longitudinal welding, and other interfaces for external handling units.
