Extremely versatile tube bender for high productivity. Tube bending is carried out electrically and the 6 synchronised controlled axes guarantee precision and reliability. The fast set-up of tool sets and the IMS control make BEND MASTER 90 MRV IMS suitable for production of both large series and small batches. The BEND MASTER 90 MRV IMS can bend with fixed radius and with variable radius on tubes up to with max diameter 75 - 90 mm. The multi-radius version can fit multiple bend dies with different radii, with counterbends too, making the production of even very complex shapes possible. An added feature is the programmable booster on the carriage with fast, powerful and precise axis movements. The high bending capacity and the precision of movements make the BEND MASTER 90 MRV IMS a modern and powerful tool especially for manufacturer of automotive component.
