One of latest innovative Pedrazzoli products to be introduced on the market is this tube bender featuring an original clockwise-counterclockwise bending method using symmetrical tooling sets which greatly reduce costs and set up times. Machine has a maximum capacity of ø 50 mm with 12 controlled axis, multi-radius and variable radius bending plus automatic adjustment of main tooling components. A frequent use of brushless motors in moving main work axes make machine movements particularly silent and smooth. At the same time the simplicity of the control helps operator programme and adjust the machine, ensuring an excellent repeatability of product. Application fields for this machine are numerous: it is particularly suited to the production of modern furniture, complex hydraulic components, parts for automotive and aerospace industry.
