AUTOMATIC WASHING AND DRYING SYSTEM

Designed for outside and inside washing of tubes. Adjustments are possible on many different variables to obtain the best possible type of washing for the material, section and dimensions of parts to be worked. The system also features a drying and cooling facility.

LASER MEASURING SYSTEM

To measure the length of cut parts. Thanks to use of non-contact laser technology it is possible to reach a elevated measuring precision with automatic ejection of parts which do not satisfy required tolerance levels. Once the acceptable  threshold  of error frequency  is crossed the cutting system will signal this and stop to permit blade change.  The control report and calculation of error statistical  parameters are always available both remotely and on machine control
